A Bright Idea with a Bigger Purpose

Vibe & Glo Candle Studio began as more than just a love for fragrance — it was born from a need for calm, connection, and care. After years of working long nights as a labor and delivery nurse in Houston, TX, our founder, Mikayla Tani, turned to candle making as a creative outlet and a way to recharge. What started as a small spark soon grew into something bigger: a mission to share clean, eco-friendly home fragrance that not only sets the vibe but also gives back.

Inspired by Family & Tradition

Growing up in East Texas, Mikayla’s earliest inspiration came from her mother, who made candles at home. The process felt magical — melting wax, blending scents, and creating something that could instantly shift a mood. Those memories planted a seed that stayed with her: “How cool would it be to start my own candle company one day?” Years later, that dream came full circle with the launch of Vibe & Glo.

At Vibe & Glo, we believe what you breathe in matters. That’s why every candle, spray, and wax melt is made with coconut soy wax, wooden wicks, and premium fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, paraben-free, and toxin-free. Each product is hand-poured in small batches in Texas with the goal of making your home feel brighter, calmer, and more inviting.

Lighting the Way for Mental Wellness

Our story is also deeply tied to a bigger mission: mental health advocacy. We know firsthand how important it is to create safe spaces for rest and healing. That’s why a portion of every purchase supports the Anxiety & Depression Association of America (ADAA).
