Hi, I’m Mikayla Tani, the founder of Vibe & Glo Candle Studio. By night, I’m a labor and delivery nurse in Houston, TX, where I’ve spent the last 10 years as a practicing RN. By day (and often during nap times as a proud boy mom), I pour my heart into creating clean, eco-friendly home fragrances that bring comfort, calm, and joy into everyday spaces.

Rooted in East Texas Traditions

I grew up in East Texas, where some of my earliest and fondest memories were watching my mom make candles. I thought the process was magical! Melting wax, blending fragrance, and creating something that could transform an entire room. Even back then, I remember thinking, “How cool would it be to one day start my own home fragrance company?” That dream stuck with me, even as I pursued nursing.
